After
years of roasting pigs and large quantities of meat on open wood
fires or charcoal, we saw the need for a more efficient and easier
method. So in 1979, we built our first enclosed Rotisserie
Roaster. Roasting for hours on traditional open wood fires or charcoal
can leave meat dry and tasteless. An enclosed Rotisserie
Roaster continually bastes the meat and seals in the natural juices
and flavor. Our first Roaster was used
exclusively for our family
“Home Barbeques.” But after seeing and enjoying our
Roasting
success, we started our Business in 1980 and got our first jobs
away from home.
Since that time we have
constructed two additional Roasters. We have done, and still do, Barbeques, Parties,
Weddings, Graduations, as well as Fund-Raisers
and Benefits of all types.
